  3. In   theory,   any  program  that  allows  hardware  handshaking   and   an
  4.  
  5. initialization  string will work. You set RTS/CTS  (hardware)  handshaking,
  6.  
  7. and AT&F&C1&D2S36=7  for the init string. S95=3 will cause 2400/ARQ connect
  8.  
  9. messages, if you don't want protocol or compression results.
  10.  
  11.      The  software I recommend is TELIX, QMODEM or Procomm Plus  (in  that
  12.  
  13. order).  (they are all 'clones' of the original Procomm, and have the  best
  14.  
  15. user interface).
